Join our innovative procurement analytics team as a Reporting Analyst Trainee!
What You Will Do
- Collect consolidate and validate purchasing data from ERPs BI tools and spreadsheets
- Prepare and update regular KPI reports and dashboards in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and other BI platforms
- Assist in report automation using Excel SAC Power BI Tableau or similar tools
- Support ad-hoc data and reporting requests from purchasing and business stakeholders
- Document data sources processes and reporting logic for clarity and transparency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights
Qualifications :
What Were Looking For
- You are enrolled in university (Business Informatics Data Science Business Administration or related field) through at least January 2026
- Availability for at least 25 hours per week (up to 40 hours possible)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office; knowledge of SAC Power BI Tableau or similar BI tools is a plus
- Willingness to learn show initiative and work in a dynamic digital environment
- Team-oriented with excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus)
- Previous internship or working student experience in a similar field is an advantage
