Job Description
Position: Inside Sales/ Customer Service Representative
Our client a leading provider of full benefits including hospital med dental 8 paid holidays 2 weeks paid vacation and matching 401k is seeking an Inside Sales/ Customer Service Representative. This critical role will serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients and potential customers acting as a crucial link between the company and its customers.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls to assist with work orders or product-related inquiries.
- Convert leads into sales opportunities.
- Perform data entry tasks related to client accounts.
- Build and maintain customer relationships.
- Provide a high level of customer service to customers.
Qualifications:
- Inside Sales Experience
- Customer Service Experience (via the phone)
- Knowledge of building materials
- Articulate communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal ability
- Team Player
- Reside within a 30 min drive to the office (Lynnwood)
