In this role youll assist with campaign setup performance analysis and strategic improvements ensuring every campaign runs smoothly and meets its goals. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert support via email and chat delivering timely professional assistance to advertisers
- Help with campaign setup optimization billing questions and general platform guidance
- Troubleshoot ad delivery issues performance challenges and account-level concerns
- Educate users on platform tools and features to support data-driven advertising decisions
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues efficiently
- Share actionable insights and best practices to improve advertising outcomes and customer satisfaction
- Stay current on the latest digital marketing trends tools and policy updates
- Keep accurate records of all client interactions and solutions provided
Requirements:
- Proficiency in German (C1/C2 level)
- Proficiency in English (B2 level)
- EU citizenship or a Portuguese residency card
- Hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns
- A degree in Marketing or equivalent professional experience in digital marketing
- Strong analytical leadership and communication abilities
