Financial Controller with German

• Conducts routine tasks in operational controlling during period end closing for cost centers (e.g. expense allocation validate account clearance etc.) costs allocation charging.
• Maintain Master Data in SAP-CO: creation of WBS structures & budgets in SAP project builders update as per organizational structure changes reduce WBS structures depending on management discussions assign budget values to correct WBS structures; Report to managers the new structures; FCM database maintenance
• Coordinate budget shifts/budget increase with the areas from where the budget shall be shifted
• Support of planning phases in Data Warehouse initiate clarifications among stakeholders regular monitoring and differences resolved analyze results and report
• Analysis of actuals support of planning and forecasting process data collection validation and consolidation
• Reporting of cost development and analysis for concerned Divisions/Plants;
• Communicate and agree data collection with stakeholders;
• Support transition projects of further controlling services (including travelling);
• Ensures execution coordination and continuous improvement of operational controlling processes including data collection validation and consolidation design of reports and dashboards development of prototype reporting and creation of specifications;
• Responsible for reading understanding and applying the procedures from the area of responsibility and also interdepartmental procedure;
• Preparation and maintenance of processes and work instructions (Desktop procedures).
• Act as a buddy trainer for the Junior Controllers in the team;

Qualifications :

• University degree - Business Administration Accounting Finance & Controlling
• 2 to 5 years experience requested in Accounting/ Controlling area;
• Advanced computer skills - good understanding of SAP FI/CO modules; MS Office especially Excel and Any other basic knowledge of MS SQL Server Macros Power BI would be a plus;
• Systematic precise and self-organized working style;
• Independent & pro-active way of working;
• Structured careful and analytical way of working;
• Team player and ability to work in a flexible way resilient;
• Reliable and efficient concerning due dates;
• A well-developed approach to problem solving and decision making;
• High customer and service orientation in international environment with high communication skills;
• Advanced English and German skills (spoken and written); fluency in communication
