As part of the support team youll be working with a dynamic organization dedicated to quality customer engagement and satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
-Handle customer complaints provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within established time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
-Communicate with customers through various channels to address inquiries and issues.
-Develop in-depth knowledge of the companys products to answer customer questions accurately.
-Respond promptly to customer inquiries maintaining a high standard of customer support.
Qualifications:
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Strong attention to detail.
-Ability to work with a sense of urgency.
-Experience with data verification.
-Quick problem-solving abilities.

SETUP: This is a remote (work-from-home) position open to candidates based in Cebu.
