About the Opportunity
Our client is a leading player in the construction materials and chemicals sector known for delivering innovative solutions across large-scale infrastructure and building projects. This full-time role is based in Nigeria and is only open to candidates in Lagos or Abuja. The ideal candidate is energetic persuasive and has a solid understanding of construction products and customer relationship management. Candidates with a strong personality and excellent interpersonal skills are especially encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage prospective clients through field visits cold calls referrals and market research.

- Present product features and value propositions clearly and persuasively particularly in flooring and waterproofing systems.
- Execute sales strategies to achieve individual and team targets.
- Prepare and deliver tailored presentations to prospective clients and decision-makers.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of market developments.
- Collaborate closely with the wider sales team to share insights leads and opportunities.
- Provide accurate and timely updates on sales activities client feedback and market intelligence.
- Ensure proper follow-up order confirmation delivery coordination and client satisfaction.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- A degree in Engineering Chemistry Chemical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in B2B sales particularly within construction building materials or technical products.
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a confident consultative approach to sales.
- Self-motivated driven and capable of working independently in the field.
- Comfortable managing client expectations and handling objections.
- Passionate about business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office and digital sales tools.
- Strong leadership potential and team collaboration skills.
