Job Description
About the Company:
Our client is a growing electronics distributing company known for quality and service excellence. They are currently looking for a dependable Invoice & Billing Executive to handle customer invoicing and coordination with clients regarding payments and billing-related matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and issue accurate invoices to customers based on orders
- Follow up on outstanding payments and maintain up-to-date receivables records
- Handle client inquiries related to billing and provide timely resolutions
- Maintain proper documentation of invoices receipts and payment records
- Assist with basic accounting entries and monthly reports
- Coordinate with the sales and delivery teams to ensure accurate billing
Candidate Profile:
- 1-3 years of experience in invoicing billing or accounts-related roles
- Familiarity with accounting software and MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage documentation
- Good communication skills in Sinhala and English
- Experience in electronics trading or similar industries is a plus.
