Were looking for a Senior Remuneration Regulations Consultant to join our high-performing Performance & Reward team.
In this highly visible role youll report to the Head of Performance & Reward and lead the ongoing review and development of remuneration governance practices. Youll play a key role in shaping and embedding CPS511 regulatory requirements and supporting the implementation of accountability regimes across ING Australia.

What youll do
- Designing and maintaining the Banking Executive Accountability Regime (BEAR) Framework
- Managing key governance artefacts including Accountability Statements Maps and Fit & Proper registers
- Partnering with Regulatory Affairs and other stakeholders to ensure compliance and uplift capability
- Providing expert advice and training to managers on remuneration and performance governance
- Contributing to global Performance & Reward strategies as part of INGs Community of Expertise
What were looking for
- An individual who thrives in a collaborative environment and brings deep expertise in remuneration governance.
- 5 years experience in remuneration risk management or governance roles within APRA-regulated or listed entities
- Proven experience working with senior executives and boards
- Strong understanding of ASX governance practices and public disclosure requirements
- Experience implementing reward programs and navigating regulatory frameworks (BEAR experience highly regarded)
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
