We are searching for a full-time specialist to join our Pension Department. This role will be based in Naperville IL.

Essential job duties:
- Assemble review and verify invoices and check requests
- Enter invoices into system
- Set invoices up for payment
- Research and resolve invoice discrepancies
- Prepare analysis of accounts
- Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions
- Create and process 1099 forms
Position Qualifications:
- Knowledge of general accounting procedures
- 1-3 years of experience in accounts payable is required.
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail with quality work
- Good time management skills
- Intermediate to advanced MS Excel experience
