The Boeing CompanyBoeing Defense Space and Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an Experienced Quality Systems Specialist Compliance to support the Boeing St. Louis Operations Compliance Team in Mascoutah IL.
As a member of the Operation Compliance Team you will work in a collaborative team environment with Operations Quality multiple levels of Boeing Management and our customers to ensure compliance with Boeing policies and procedures

Position Responsibilities:
- Reviews proposals contracts regulatory program and customer requirements ensuring early quality involvement in program development
- Prepares and maintains Quality directives policies processes procedures and metrics to assure program contract customer regulatory requirements international standards and working agreements are deployed
- Analyzes process data metrics models and flows to identify root cause of problems
- Participates with stakeholders to develop potential preventive or corrective actions and implementation
- Conducts research compiles and analyzes performance reports and process control statistics to continuously improve process capability
- Conducts hardware software and system level audits to determine compliance with quality management system standards configuration assurance related business regulatory and customer requirements and reports results to management
- Works under general direction
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 2 years of experience working in or supporting a manufacturing environment
- 2 years of experience using all the following Microsoft Office Applications (Word Excel and PowerPoint)
- 2 year of experience analyzing data creating reports and presenting results
- 2 year of experience conducting audits inspections investigations and coordinating resolution of issues
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Bachelors degree
- Experience developing and delivering presentations to senior leaders
- Experience developing or auditing standard work
- Experience implementing safety improvements in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with Continuous Improvement Implementation
- Experience in a highly regulated environment (compliance)
