Starting Pay: $24.00/hr $0.50 Shift Premium

Are you a problem-solver with a passion for keeping machines running smoothly Were hiring an Industrial Maintenance Technician to support our 2nd shift operations. This role is perfect for mechanically inclined professionals who thrive in fast-paced hands-on environments and are ready to make an impact every day on the warehouse floor.

Key Accountabilities

• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical mechanical and hydraulic issues on machinery such as Waterjets HAAS machines Band saws Plate saws Schelling saws Bearing saws and Tsune circular saws.

• Perform timely and effective repairs to minimize downtime.

• Establish and follow a preventive maintenance schedule for all machinery and facility equipment.

• Complete facility/building maintenance tasks and minor repairs while keeping the work area clean and safe.

• Dismantle malfunctioning equipment and install new or repaired machinery.

• Maintain accurate records of inspections tests and completed repairs.

• Coordinate and provide recommendations for contracts and third-party services.

• Supervise outside contractors during on-site mechanical and electrical work.

• Support and comply with all safety quality and Lean initiatives.

• Work directly on the warehouse floor operating around heavy equipment and machinery.

• Uphold TKMNAs core employee attributes and competencies.

Minimum Requirements

• 35 years of experience in an industrial maintenance environment.

• Mechanical and technical aptitude with a strong problem-solving mindset.

• Technical certificate or college degree in a related field.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
