Job Description

Reporting to the Director of Campus Operations (DOCO) the Associate Director of Campus Operations (ADOCO) supports the Director of Campus Operations in leading the day-to-day academic and operational functions at the campus. This role serves as a key partner in ensuring alignment with university accreditation and regulatory standards while contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and student success.

The ADOCO plays an integral role in the coordination of campus academic administration faculty support student services and facilities management. The ADOCO collaborates with program leadership student-facing staff and other departments to foster a high-quality learning environment and promote operational excellence.

Pay:
Compensation is determined based on the qualifications experience and circumstances of each hire. It is uncommon for new employees to start near the top of the salary range. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including a tuition waiver and reimbursement program health insurance paid time off and a retirement savings plan. The salary range for this position is $105400 to $142600.
