Accidental Incharge
- Thoroughly inspect accident-damaged vehicles to identify the extent of damage to mechanical electrical and body components.
- Accurately assess the damage including structural mechanical and cosmetic damage and determine the necessary repairs.
- Ensure all repairs meet quality standards and the vehicle is safe and roadworth.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs parts used and time spent on each job.
- Explain the repair process and costs to customers clearly and professionally.
- Traveling to accidental sites to assess the damage ifneeded.
- Provide technical guidance and advice on all claims and settlements to client.
- Input and maintain claims form &data ensuring that files are accurate compliant and processed in a timely manner
- Advise on handle and resolve Claims matters by phone email and in person as appropriate
- Deliver great customer service by responding swiftly to queries and concerns from clients ensuring service standards are always met
- Produce up to date Claims reports for inclusion in pre-renewal/renewal reports or as required by the seniors.
