The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator to support daily warehouse operations and global shipping activities. This entry-level position is ideal for someone eager to learn the ins and outs of logistics supply chain and data center hardware handling. You will play a key role in keeping our warehouse organized inventory accurate and shipments moving on time.
Responsibilities
- Receive inspect and organize inbound shipments of networking and data center equipment.
- Pick pack and prepare outbound shipmentsincluding generating labels and ensuring cartons are properly marked.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in internal systems (scanning logging serial numbers reconciling stock).
- Assist with staging equipment for deployment to global data center sites.
- Support freight coordination for domestic and international shipments.
- Ensure the warehouse remains clean secure and compliant with company policies.
- Communicate with logistics leadership and cross-functional teams regarding shipment status delays or issues.
- Provide basic reporting on inventory counts inbound/outbound shipments and daily warehouse activity.
What we are looking for
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associates or Bachelors a plus).
- Prior experience in warehouse shipping/receiving or logistics preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift and move boxes and equipment (up to 50 lbs).
- Basic computer skills (Excel Google Sheets or inventory management software).
- Willingness to learn technical product handling (servers networking equipment etc.).
- Positive attitude team player and reliable work ethic.

- Fundamental understanding of network Layers 2-4
- Fundamental understanding of network hardware
- Background in deploying and managing DMDW/CWDM connectivity
- Background in deploying and managing cross connects
- Knowledge and experience with global logistics
