About the team
The Education Operations team manage faculty operations scheduling resource and workforce planning to support successful course and event delivery. The team oversees core education systems content procurement and processes for learners faculty and staff. They also design develop and deliver assessments across all relevant AICD courses.
About the role
As the Faculty Operations Executive you will play a key role in supporting the effective delivery of AICDs national education programs by coordinating the onboarding accreditation scheduling and ongoing engagement of our faculty. Working closely with internal stakeholders and external facilitators you will ensure that faculty are appropriately deployed across AICDs educational programs.
This role requires strong administrative and coordination skills the ability to manage competing priorities and confidence in engaging with stakeholders. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records managing service requests and monitoring faculty performance and workloads.
