Location: Denver Colorado (On-site Must work from the office)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday
Salary Range: $42800 - $46780 per year
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Account Representative to join our dynamic team. In this entry-level role you will play a crucial part in supporting our account management team and ensuring our clients receive exceptional service. As a Junior Account Representative you will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals gain firsthand knowledge of account management processes and develop your skills in client relations problem-solving and communication
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide administrative support to the account management team.
- Gather and analyze data to prepare reports on account performance.
- Help resolve client issues and escalate concerns to senior representatives as needed.
- Participate in client meetings and take notes for action items.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
