Join Our IP Powerhouse: IP Clerk Raleigh Office
Are you detail-obsessed tech-savvy and ready to launch your career in intellectual property Were looking for an enthusiasticIP Clerkto join our high-performing IP Operations team in Raleigh. This is your chance to be part of a collaborative fast-paced environment supporting a global patent practice that spans industries and borders.
As a key player supporting our international IP Paralegals youll help drive operational excellence across multiple clients and jurisdictions. From foreign filings to formalities your work will directly impact the efficiency and precision of our IP engine.
What Youll Do:
- Partner with international IP Paralegals onforeign filing and matter managementopen new matters prep filing checklists gather formal docs and format PCT applications.
- Supportcorrespondence and reportingmonitor client mailboxes draft and forward communications report to clients and file with the USPTO.
- Provideadministrative and project supportassist with patent invoices scan/ship documents and jump into special projects as needed.
What You Bring:
- A sharp eye for detail and a knack for staying organized.
- Clear confident communicationwritten and verbal.
- The ability to juggle multiple priorities with grace.
- Comfort with IP management tools and tech platforms.
- Experience with foreign patent filings and correspondence is a plus.
- Familiarity with patent reporting and documentation processes.
