  • 39513 per annum (pro rata for part time)
  • 37 hours per week - Flexible working options available

Your role and responsibilities

As our Workflow Lead youll play a key role in keeping things running smoothly across the Adult Social Care directorate. Youll:

  • Monitor and manage the allocation of work across teams in your locality.
  • Prioritise tasks based on risk and available resources to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
  • Provide day-to-day operational support to maximise workflow efficiency.
  • Use data from our BI dashboard to spot trends identify challenges and keep senior managers informed.
  • Collaborate with other Workflow Leads to ensure consistency across the directorate.
  • Work closely with Service Development and Contracts teams to manage provider issues and business continuity concerns.
  • Liaise with Health colleagues and partner agencies like Suffolk Family Carers to ensure referrals are accurately captured.

You will need

  • Strong organisational skills and a proactive approach to managing priorities.
  • Confidence in interpreting data and using it to inform decisions.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work across teams and services.
  • A passion for improving outcomes for adults in our community.
