This is an opportunity for a motivated and experienced individual to provide high level executive and administrative services to the Deputy Vice-Chancellor External Relations & Partnerships and provide oversight of the day-to-day operations of the office. The position is located at our Footscray Park Campus.

About the role:
The Executive Officer has responsibility for the processes tasks and activities that support and ensure the effectiveness and impact of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor External Relations & Partnerships.
The role is a member of the Executive Services team within the Office of the Vice-Chancellor and reportsdirectly to the Senior Executive Officer.
As the Executive Officer you will be part of a highly collaborative team working closely with the Senior Advisor to support Deputy Vice-Chancellor External Relations & Partnerships priorities.
