Position Summary:
Supervises daily staff activities for an assigned area or function.
Reports to: Director
FLSA: Exempt
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Assists in executing departmental goals standards and objectives which directly support the strategic plan and vision of the organization.
Determines coordinates and supervises daily staffing assignments and levels.
Develops and maintains for imaging support server standards procedures training documentation storage solutions and other standardized tools for service farm. Support and install corporate imaging back-ups.
Supports staff development payroll and student engagements.
Assesses and ensures quality of services delivered and facilitates staff development programs. Ensures staff compliance with departmental and organizational policies procedures protocols and union contract.
Leads the handling and resolution of complex issues and complaints.
Provides direction orientation training coaching and mentoring to staff. Performs or assists with
performance evaluations and disciplinary actions.
Integrates evidence based practices and introduces new study types into clinical protocols and operations to support service advancement/growth.
Performs staff responsibilities as needed to fulfill required service levels.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum Education
Graduated 2 year ARRT Radiologic Technology or AMA Allied Health Program
Associates degree (Preferred)
Required Skills
Requires critical thinking skills decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.

Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider (BLS-HCP)
Supervisor - Imaging Support: ARRT
Supervisor - MRI: ARRT (MR)
Supervisor - CT: ARRT (CT)
Supervisor - Nuclear Medicine: ARRT (NM) or NMTCB
Supervisor - Diagnostic Ultrasound: RDMS or RVT
Minimum Work Experience
3 years related experience
