This full-time role requires strong organizational skills and proficiency with accounting software particularly QuickBooks.
Responsibilities Include:
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Perform daily bank and credit card reconciliations.
Maintain general ledger and ensure accuracy of financial data.
Process vendor payments and resolve billing discrepancies.
Prepare financial statements and assist with month-end closing.
Maintain organized financial records for audits and reporting.
Ideal Qualifications:
2 years of bookkeeping experience preferably in a corporate setting.
Proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
