Product Engineering Support

Role:

Responsibilities:

Position Summary

The Product Engineering Support plays a pivotal role in supporting the development engineering and continuous improvement of both new and existing products. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teamsincluding Design Manufacturing Sourcing and Quality. This support ensures the creation accuracy and maintenance of all technical documentation. This role is essential for enabling efficient production processes and maintaining product integrity over time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation including drawings specifications and data sheets to support suppliers and internal production teams.
  • Analyze and interpret historical product documentation to ensure continuity and knowledge retention.
  • Collaborate with design and engineering teams to support the development of customized and standard products.
  • Ensure documentation aligns with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to the digitalization and organization of technical archives for easy access and traceability.
  • Actively participate in cross-departmental meetings to gather and share technical insights.
  • Demonstrate flexibility in supporting various documentation platforms and systems (e.g. Studio Sys).
  • Take ownership of assigned tasks consistently delivering high-quality results within deadlines.

Skill and competences required:

  • Technical diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering Industrial Design or a related field.
  • Proficiency in 3D modelling software and technical drawing interpretation.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Previous experience in a technical documentation or engineering support role.
  • A good knowledge of English both written and spoken is a plus.
