Reporting to the Technical Development Director the Manager Technical Analysis & Process Improvement role will be responsible for driving digitally-enabled process improvements across the organisation. You will act as a critical bridge between business needs and technical implementation working with other key stakeholders to deliver systems and processes that are fit-for-purpose and aligned with strategic goals.
Leading a Technical Business Analyst and working in close collaboration with solution architecture software development and data analytics teams the Manager will identify and clearly scope complex business challenges so that solutions can be developed to better meet strategic objectives. This encompasses enterprise-wide initiatives that focus on the automation of workflows system integration and data-informed decision-making.
This is a highly collaborative role suited to a strategic thinker with strong technical judgement stakeholder engagement skills and a passion for improving how systems and processes support organisational performance.
