Business Development & Client Management
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to market presence in Dallas.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients architects contractors and industry stakeholders.
Represent the firm at client meetings networking events and industry functions to elevate brand visibility.
Lead or support proposal development qualifications packages and marketing efforts with support from internal teams.
Secure work from existing clients across various sectors.
Recruit mentor and build a high-performing team to support long-term office growth.
Structural Engineering & Project Leadership
Serve as Engineer of Record (EOR) and project manager on structural engineering projects.
Oversee the development of construction documents specifications schedules and technical deliverables.
Coordinate cross-discipline information to ensure quality and consistency in all project outputs.
Collaborate with architects engineers and contractors to develop integrated innovative solutions.
Perform technical design and review work including calculations BIM/AutoCAD review and submittal management.
Manage office operations including staffing forecasts budgeting and work sharing in partnership with company leadership.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Civil or Structural Engineering; Masters degree preferred.
PE license required; SE license a plus.
Minimum 8 years of experience in structural engineering with a proven record of project execution.
Minimum 3 years in business development or client-facing roles.
Strong working knowledge of structural design software (RAM RISA EnerCalc Adapt Microsoft Suite).
Experience with ETABS Tekla Structural Designer and Revit preferred.
Deep understanding of building codes and structural standards.

Established network within the Dallas AEC industry highly preferred.
Experience in Data Centers Industrial Life Sciences or Manufacturing sectors is a plus.
