Join Cryoviva one of Indias leading stem cell banks as a Team Leader and drive a high-performing team of Stem Cell Counsellors in Bangalore. Youll play a vital role in educating expectant parents ensuring enrolment growth and mentoring a motivated counselling team.
Tasks
Lead train and motivate a team of counsellors to meet enrolment targets
Implement sales strategies and monitor performance KPIs
Guide parents on the benefits of stem cell banking with empathy and clarity
Ensure accurate documentation and seamless client follow-ups
Collaborate with marketing & operations to enhance service delivery
Requirements
36 years of experience in sales healthcare counselling or client service
At least 12 years in a team lead or supervisory role
Excellent communication leadership & people management skills
Background in healthcare wellness diagnostics or biotech preferred
