Job Description
Job Title: Sr Scrum Master / Agile Coach (healthcare Domain/Industry)
Location: Remote 100%
Job Type: Contract/Full-Time
Job Description: We are seeking a highly experienced and certified Scrum Master to lead Agile initiatives across cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will bring 5 10 years of hands-on Scrum Master experience with a strong preference for backgrounds in healthcare and Medicare-related projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning daily stand-ups retrospectives and sprint reviews
- Guide and coach the team on Agile/Scrum principles and best practices to drive continuous improvement
- Partner closely with Product Owners stakeholders and team members to ensure project goals and timelines are met
- Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages accountability innovation and continuous learning
- Support the adoption of Agile in new teams or organizations by tailoring practices to team maturity levels
Required Qualifications:
- Scrum Master Certification (CSM PSM or equivalent) is required; certifications as Agile Coach Product Owner or SAFe are a strong plus
- 8 10 years of proven experience as a Scrum Master
- Strong familiarity with work management tools such as Jira Azure DevOps or Rally
- Demonstrated success implementing Agile methodologies in organizations new to Agile practices
- Exceptional communication negotiation and leadership skills including the ability to lead without formal authority
- Healthcare industry experience is strongly preferred; Medicare domain knowledge is a plus
