Job Description
Locations: Bangalore Kolkata Hyderabad
Job Summary: We are seeking highly skilled and certified Pega Lead Business Analysts to drive business requirement analysis process design and functional specifications for Pega-based solutions. Candidates will work closely with stakeholders development teams and solution architects to ensure successful delivery aligned with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities:-
Gather define and document business requirements and functional specifications for Pega projects

Liaise with technical teams to translate business needs into scalable Pega solutions

Conduct gap analysis and feasibility assessments

Lead workshops and walkthroughs with business and technical teams

Ensure alignment of project deliverables with client expectations and Pega platform capabilities

Provide support during testing phases and facilitate UAT

Certified Pega Business Analyst (CPBA)

Strong understanding of BPM tools and Pega Systems application design lifecycle

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking

Experience with Agile methodologies

Exposure to large-scale enterprise environments
