Are you an experienced agency recruiter with proven B2B sales success and a background in social care recruitment
This is a rare opportunity to launch and own a social care recruitment desk within a respected family-run agency thats been thriving for 30 years in commercial and IT recruitment.
We are expanding into the social care market for the first time and are looking for a consultant who can hit the ground running bringing their agency expertise client development skills and evidence of commission/billings.
This is not a resourcer or in-house role we want a consultant who can win clients grow accounts and prove theyve billed successfully in the care sector.
Tasks
What you will be doing
- Building and running a 360 social care desk from day one
- Generating B2B new business across care homes residential services and supported living providers
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing interviewing compliance client delivery
- Ensuring all compliance (DBS RTW referencing safeguarding) is met
- Growing into a leadership role as the division expands
Requirements
What we are looking for
- Minimum 2 years in an agency recruitment role (social care sector strongly preferred). Please only apply if you have agency experience.
- Proven B2B new business experience able to demonstrate account wins and client growth
- Evidence of billing success please include details of your personal commission/billings
- Strong knowledge of social care compliance (DBS RTW referencing safeguarding)
- Proactive entrepreneurial and ambitious comfortable working with autonomy and accountability
