About this Position:

Job Title: Technical Trainer/Writer

Roles and Responsibilities:

Develops training plans and materials and user documentation using both generic and job-specific examples.
Creates step-by-step guided instructions and practice examples to build participants skills and confidence with the intended application.
Conducts technology training sessions.
Resolves level-one computer glitches that occur in a lab environment.
Develops security communication plans as required and directed by designated staff.
Translates designs and programs into documentation.

Experience required:

Technology Trainer/Writer (2-4 years).
