Job Description
Job: Lead UAT Tester
Location Seattle WA 100% onsite(5 days from office)
Contract
JD:
- UAT engineers work closely with end-users to validate that the software or peripheral device meets their requirements and expectations.
- Facilitate testing sessions and standups vendor management on defects gather user feedback and ensure the final product aligns with the intended use cases and business requirements.
- Compile UAT Plan per assigned project. Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of multiple projects test plans cases results and other UAT-related artifacts.
- Experience creating test scenarios and test execution for on Telco Lead to order and order to cash flows for B2B.
- Experience in quality assurance.
- Experience in manual testing.
- Experience with Jira & Confluence.
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Experience in complex problem solving and working in a tight schedule environment
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- Experience leading process improvements
- Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g. pivot tables & charts multiple criteria lookups nested logical/IF formulas data cleansing array formulas etc.)
- Knowledge of QA methodology and tools.
- Knowledge of a spectrum of technical platforms and tools (iOS Android Mac PC etc).
- Experience using data to influence business decisions
- Experience working with diversified stakeholders including Program Managers QAEs TPMs Developers Operations and leadership.
- Ability to be flexible and self-govern multiple projects and effectively report on each.
