Title: X-Ray Technologist (ARRT CRT CA)

Schedule: 5x8-Hour Day Shifts (06:30 14:30)

Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced X-Ray Technologist to join our radiology team under a 13-week travel assignment. This role will support a busy imaging department and provide diagnostic radiographic procedures across multiple settings including adult acute care OR ER ICU and outpatient units. Travelers must be experienced self-directed and comfortable floating between like units when necessary.
Perform a variety of diagnostic radiographic procedures including portable imaging fluoroscopy studies trauma views and standard X-rays.
Ensure radiation safety and maintain compliance with imaging protocols.
Accurately operate imaging equipment (GE Philips PACS O-ARM preferred).
Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff to deliver quality patient care.
Prepare and/or administer contrast media as appropriate.
Follow all infection prevention and isolation protocols.
Provide accurate documentation in the charting system (Any Preferred experience with EPIC or similar).
Must be able to start by August 11 2025
Weekend shifts required
Will float between like units as needed
Block scheduling may be available at managers discretion
RTO must be submitted at time of application

Education:
Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
Experience:
Minimum of 1 year X-Ray Tech experience
Previous charge experience preferred
Prior teaching hospital or community hospital experience preferred
Prior travel experience required
License/Certifications:
ARRT (R) Required
BLS (AHA) Required
California CRT Required
Certifications marked with * are preferred

Trauma cases (shoulder spine femur)
Fluoroscopy Studies: Barium Swallow Arthrograms Myelography Upper GI series*
Enema Studies: Barium Enema Single/Air Contrast
OR Imaging: C-Arm Portable O-ARM*
Equipment Proficiency:
GE Philips PACS O-ARM (preferred)
