Job Description
Job Title: Home Appliances Technician
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Home Appliances Technician to join our client s technical service team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing maintaining and repairing a variety of household appliances including refrigerators washing machines air conditioners microwave ovens dishwashers and other domestic electronic equipment. This role requires hands-on technical expertise problem-solving abilities and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Install troubleshoot and repair home appliances at client locations.
Conduct routine maintenance and safety checks on equipment.
Diagnose technical faults and provide repair solutions in a timely manner.
Replace faulty components and test appliances to ensure proper functioning.
Keep detailed records of repairs parts used and customer feedback.
Educate customers on proper usage and maintenance of their appliances.
Coordinate with the service team for spare parts and follow-ups.
Ensure adherence to safety standards and operational procedures.
Provide feedback to the service manager on recurring issues or product improvements.
Essential Qualifications:
ITI / Diploma in Electrical Electronics Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or equivalent.
Proven work experience in the servicing of home appliances (minimum 2 years preferred).
Key Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of electrical systems and appliance mechanics.
Ability to read technical manuals wiring diagrams and schematics.
Hands-on experience in repairing appliances like refrigerators washing machines ACs etc.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle tools and diagnostic equipment effectively.
Time management and customer relationship handling.
