Job Description
This hybrid role offers a great balance of home and office working.

Joining us as a HR Business Partner
You will play a key role in delivering people strategies leading employee relations and supporting organisational change across our business.
Youll receive a salary of up to 60000p/a a car allowance a performance related bonus and a range of benefits to support you across your financial physical and mental wellbeing.
This is some of what you can expect to be doing:
- Partnering with senior leaders to deliver strategic HR solutions aligned with business goals
- Leading complex employee relations cases restructures and organisational change initiatives
- Coaching and supporting managers to build high-performing teams
- Using data and insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement
- Championing our culture and values promoting engagement and inclusion
What youll bring to the role
You will be a confident HR professional with a solid HR background and a passion for delivering people solutions that align with business priorities. Youll also have:
- Proven experience in a similar HRBP role
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels
- Experience working in fast-paced complex organisations with structured HR governance
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work closely with wider HR teams
- A flexible solutions-focused approach with a continuous improvement mindset
- CIPD Level 5
