Job Description
We are seeking a Site Supervisor for the Day Shift to oversee daytime construction activities in data center projects ensuring execution quality safety compliance and coordination among subcontractors and project stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daytime fieldwork across civil architectural mechanical and electrical trades.
- Monitor daily progress and ensure alignment with construction schedule and specifications.
- Conduct inspections and verify materials installations and safety practices during active shift hours.
- Coordinate with engineering teams logistics and site management to support ongoing deliveries and system integration.
- Enforce local safety regulations PPE compliance and site access protocols.
- Document site activities progress reports and incident logs and support daily planning meetings.
Qualifications :
- 5 years of site supervision experience in industrial or data center construction.
- Degree in Civil Mechanical Electrical or related engineering field.
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing subcontractor management and safety oversight.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital reporting tools.
- Fluent in Spanish and English with excellent communication and coordination skills.
