Get to Know the Team
The Grab Rental team is an established team responsible for fleet operations management. We make an impact by Quality Control of Fleet operations Securing our fleet Assets and cost reduction. Your team will be made up of Grab Rental vehicles for a better way of our customers (B2CB2B & B2D) . If you are looking for an opportunity then you should join our team!
Get to Know the Role
You will provide support and monitor Quality vehicle. Help to improve process quality and quality of vehicle by collaborating with Operations Partner Management Grab Drivers and Workshops. Reporting to the Assistant Manager you will work onsite in our office in BSD.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- Coordinate with fleet partners Internal (Sales team Fleet Ops and Fleet Insurance & document) and external (driver and OEM or workshop) to maintain vehicle quality.
- Monitor the improvement progress of vehicle durability from Process & Operations.
- Control vehicle status and location accuracy for every movement and use of replacement vehicles.
- Control quality check in each Driver Journey for better driver experience.
- Handle Voice of Customers which make early resolutions.
- Lead the quality team in Jakarta with a total of 4 sub functions.
- Capable to propose alternate solutions to reduce cost vehicle related lead time and process optimization and durability of vehicle
Qualifications :
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in automotive industry (eg. car rent/taxi pool/automotive manufacturing) as Senior Service advisor/Section Head/Deputy Department
- Minimum bachelors degree in any major
- Good in Bahasa and English (verbal and written).
- Familiar and good knowledge with workshop (body repair general repair) claim vehicle insurance handling vehicle accuracy in Pool Fleet Management and standard quality of vehicle.
