Job Description
Are you a bold compassionate leader ready to make a real impact in behavioral healthcare Were seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our Intermediate Care Facility (ICF)a long-standing provider of care for adults with psychiatric and behavioral health needs. This is not a typical nursing home role; its a mission-driven opportunity to lead a stable experienced team and implement innovative clinical programming designed to help patients successfully transition back into the community.

Qualifications :
You must hold the IL Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) state license.
What we need from you:
- Experience as an LNHA in a SNF ICF or SMHRF setting
- This should include management of a center with behavioral/psych patients
- Ability to build a team and potentially bring some with you
- A love for what you do and your education and credentialing reflect it.

This center is managed by TRANSITIONAL CARE MANAGEMENT. We currently provide comprehensive management services to several inpatient healthcare centers throughout Northern IL & the Chicagoland area. These settings include Long-term Care Skilled Nursing (SNFs) Short-term Care Rehabilitation Intermediate Care (ICFs) and Behavioral Health Service (SMHRFs) centers.
