About Janie
Janie partners with a leading medical lien funding provider helping personal injury patients access care by streamlining communication between clinics and legal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and update patient data across CRM and internal platforms
- Review and transcribe medical prescriptions imaging orders and reports
- Communicate with patients providers and legal teams via phone and email
- Organize files using Excel Word PDFs and Google Maps
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
- Basic proficiency in Excel Word and PDF tools
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Comfortable with medical terminology and documentation
- Excellent communication skills
- Organized discreet and proactive
Nice to Have
- Previous experience with CRMs or in healthcare/administrative roles
- US healthcare experience
