You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailCreating training materials related to company goals and digital systems as well as developing training plans tailored to the departments needs.
Coordinating and maintaining training sessions at our department and occasionally developing new training programs or assisting in their development.
Managing the training component of the onboarding process and providing support in using corporate learning platforms.
Designing and moderating workshops organizing and delivering various training sessions.
Project management and organization including planning organizing and ensuring timely completion of training projects and related events.
Maintaining relationships and communication with colleagues managers and other departments. Supporting leaders.
Promoting training programs among colleagues and showcasing L&D activities.
Contributing to development and innovation by formulating proposals for improving training programs and the L&D strategy and supporting the development of a learning culture
Qualifications :
1. Communication and Presentation Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication (Hungarian and English) clear and effective expression in both spoken and written formats
Confident and persuasive presentation skills delivering engaging trainings and presentation
Facilitation skills structured moderation of meetings and worksho
Empathy and helpfulness supporting learners and encouraging their development
2. Learning Methodology and Professional Knowledge
Proficiency with digital learning platforms and tools ability to navigate internal systems with ease
Creative content development designing engaging experience-based learning materials
3. Organizational and Project Management Skills
Strong time management efficient work organization and meeting deadlines
Excellent organizational skills planning the logistics and content of training sessions
Project management mindset planning execution and evaluation of learning initiatives
Accuracy and attention to detail ensuring high-quality outcomes
Responsiveness and problem-solving handling unexpected situations effectively
Independence and resourcefulness flexibility in non-standard tasks
4. Personal and Interpersonal Competencies
Team collaboration working effectively with HR managers and external partners
Proactivity taking initiative and continuously seeking improvement
Creativity introducing new ideas and innovative learning formats
