Your Impact:

• Understand various risk methodologies and existing processes and evaluate how technology can enable efficiency and effectiveness in process redesign.
• Support portfolio-level planning and prioritization ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Partner with Stakeholders to define target-state business needs effectively articulating the what and why
• Serve as a change agent advancing the implementation of strategic risk technology solutions across the Enterprise.
• Facilitate cross-functional decision-making processes and contribute to governance frameworks
• Ensure compliance with risk management framework.
• Serve as point risk/control lead for Risk Methodology & Systems to include facilitation of risk assessments and reporting requirements.

Qualifications:

• 8-10 years of fulltime work experience
• 5 years of related work experience in risk management industry
• Knowledge of risk management frameworks awareness of risk management applications and product management not required
• Experience with influencing others including at the executive level and bringing people together towards a common goal
• Strong verbal and written communication skills including the ability to present content of varying levels of complexity
• Highly driven results oriented and looked at as a valued partner
• A Bachelors degree or relevant work experience
