Job Description

Your responsibilities:
Your role will be to create and update of master production plan. On a daily basis your task will be:
- Creation/update of the master production schedule based on customer requested delivery dates optimization of production resources use;
- Monitoring of production plan execution escalating the risks of not on time deliveries taking part in orders prioritization process;
- Orders shipment date confirmations and sharing them with customers and involved stakeholders;
- Preparation of weekly summary of production plan execution;
- Providing accurate data for reports;
- Close cooperation with other departments (e.g. production order management material supply engineering);
- Optimization of existing processes in the area of production planning;
- Cooperation with Global Planning and Demand team in the area of Sales and Operations Planning;
- Sharing knowledge and experience in the area of supply chain;
- Participating in projects led by global teams.
Our requirements:
- A bachelors or masters degree is required preferably in Economics or Supply Chain/Logistics;
- Practical knowledge of logistics and manufacturing is essential;
- Proficiency in Polish and English is necessary to understand others and perform your work effectively;
- Professional experience in an international company in Supply Chain Management;
- Strong knowledge of MS Office particularly Excel;
- Familiarity with any ERP system is a plus (by the way have you heard about Oracle);
- As you will be managing a large volume of data attention to detail and accuracy are crucial;
- To succeed you must be proactive and able to efficiently organize your work and prioritize tasks;
- You will be working with various stakeholders so highly developed interpersonal and communication skills are essential; having expertise in negotiations and influencing others may also be beneficial;
- Production is a dynamic environment so flexibility the ability to work under time pressure and effective stress management are necessary;
