Job Summary of the Sr. Manager Field Access & Reimbursement - Breast Specialty
The Sr. Manager Field Access & Reimbursement will play a pivotal role in supporting Axogens efforts to improve patient access to our cutting-edge solutions in Breast neurotization. This individual will work closely with internal and external stakeholders focusing on strategies to identify best practices educate healthcare providers on all aspects of reimbursement (coding coverage payment) and build KOL advocacy for strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate for this role will possess a passion for improving healthcare an advanced understanding of US reimbursement in a variety of care settings excellent communication skills and strong integrity/ethics.
