Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for managing and maintaining server systems and infrastructure for both enterprise and cloud environments.
- Ensure server systems are secure stable and highly available.
- Proficient with enterprise server management tools and basic scripting and automation.
- Skilled in troubleshooting both Windows and/or Linux operating systems.
- Participate in the planning deployment and ongoing support for enterprise server infrastructure to ensure optimum performance and scalability.
- Possess a working knowledge of enterprise backup solutions performance monitoring tools and cloud-native services.
- This role requires a blend of technical skills collaboration and an understanding of both hardware and software systems.
- Includes after-hours maintenance and on-call rotations to support critical tier1 systems.
- Work with cross-functional teams for capacity planning focusing on future scalability and resource optimization across all environments.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology or related discipline and three years Infrastructure server administration experience OR seven years of Infrastructure server administration experience.
