Job Description
As a Graphic Designer at DH you will execute creative strategic-driven designs both independently and collaboratively with internal teams. You thrive in a fast-paced agency environment and have the ability to manage multiple deadlines. You take direction well and contribute creative ideas. You are detail-oriented and enjoy working on a variety of project types. You bring energy to the team dynamic you stay atop of design trends and you are constantly striving to learn and grow in your professional career.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Creates professional-quality artwork for a variety of client industries
- Oversees assigned projects from conception through completion on-time and on-budget
- Conceptualizes creative ideas quickly and efficiently
- Understands brand systems and applies established brand standards as required
- Follows design specifications for both digital and print media
- Proofs work and follows the quality control process
- Follows file management and design workflow processes
- Embraces training opportunities and works with senior creative team members to develop skillsets
- Researches our clients businesses to better understand marketing objectives
- Embraces the DH culture and commitment required to provide outstanding customer service
Qualifications
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Proven verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Adobe CS with emphasis on Photoshop Illustrator and InDesign
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office with emphasis on PowerPoint
- Experience with Figma After Effects Premiere and Generative AI is a plus
- A digital portfolio showcasing your design experience is required for consideration
Education and experience
- Bachelors or associate degree in graphic design or a related field
- 2-5 years of professional design experience preferably in an advertising agency
- Experience working in B2B marketing is a plus

Salary Range
The total target compensation for this role is $50000 - $65000 USD annually commensurate with experience expertise and internal equity.
