Client Service Representative - Poway Animal Hospital!

The hourly rate for this position is $18.00 - $22.00 per hour this varies depending on experience education certifications licensure and location.
Poway Animal Hospitalis a long-standing animal hospital with deep ties to the community located in beautiful Poway California. We value compassionate high-quality veterinary care for pets and provide excellent client service in an upbeat and fun working environment. Our 3-doctor animal medical facility provides quality medicine while striving to make an impact in our community and treat our patients/clients like family.
Who Were Looking For
We are currently looking to hire a Client Service Representativeto join our team! The ideal candidate will be a dependable detail-oriented team player who loves pets and helping their families and wants to joina fun supportive team. They will have experience providing a wonderful and supportive client experience on the phone through technology and face to face. Veterinary knowledge is preferred but not for this position.

Requirements:
1 years of experience in a client forward position
Personable on the phone and face to face puts clients first.
Ability to respond professionally in text (emails texting etc)
Strong attention to detail pride in your workplace independent follow through on tasks
Ability to stay calm and supportive through difficult discussions with clients
Veterinary knowledge a plus but not
