Inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee Banking Core Operations
Management Trainee Role supports the day to day activities of operational banking accounts by the clearing researching and completion activities related to reconciling varied and complex accounting transactions in accordance with established policies and procedures. Builds the sustainable repeatable capabilities that support delivery of the highest standards of service and execution. Analyzes and reviews data tools business processes and operational standards to execute service delivery. Evaluates and ensures that operations meet objectives business needs service agreements and relevant requirements.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as credits debits by accounting standards
Ability to communicate complex accounting situations and remedies to varying lines of business
Identifies and resolves exceptions; escalates appropriately.
Performs a variety of complex or specialized tasks in support of the business units day-to-day operations.
Ability to read analyze and interpret common metrics used to measure and monitor operational performance define problems collect data establish facts draw valid conclusions and provide clear and concise communication with a wide audience of internal departments.
Proven ability in leading and mentoring team members in regulatory and process improvement methods and procedures.
Assist in problem resolution answer inquiries emails and train other team members
Serves as a Subject Matter Expert and fully understands processes and their impact on the overall business.
Creates ad-hoc reports as requested in a timely and accurate manner assist senior management with various tasks and items as needed comply with all company policies and departmental procedures ensuring honest and ethical conduct at all times while maintaining a positive attitude.
Prepares produces and validates daily weekly and monthly reports measuring monitoring and alerting the business regarding unforeseen shifts in the performance.
Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
Experience with Microsoft Word Outlook PowerPoint and Excel including the ability to create and work with Pivot Tables SUMIF VLOOKUP functions.
Comfortable operating within a fast pacedhigh volume environment
Strong organizational problem solving analytical skills & mathematical skills as well as the ability to work independently with limited supervision.
Solid analytical interpretive and problem solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to transform learned processes into written usable documentation (job aids work tools procedures)
Capable of mastering new systems and adapt in a changing environment.
