What You Can Expect:

• A central interface between Aareon Sales IT Operations and the customer acting between the technical and commercial aspects of a managed IT service

• Training in cloud service management with a focus on service & finance operations within Group IT

• Active involvement in internal service billing for IT services from data analysis to invoicing

• Supporting invoice preparation for both internal and external managed IT services customers

• Contributing to the development and optimization of internal billing and invoicing processes

• Assisting in the selection and implementation of market-standard tools to automate internal service billing

• Supporting service management activities for external managed IT services customers

What You Should Bring:

• A completed vocational training Bachelors or Masters degree in (Business) Informatics Business Administration Engineering or a comparable field

• Interest in the intersection of IT services financial processes and customer management

• Technical understanding combined with business acumen career changers are also very welcome

• Initial experience or curiosity about IT service processes service billing or reporting tools

• Ideally basic knowledge of PowerShell or other scripting languages (not required but a plus)

• Initiative motivation and determination along with enthusiasm for taking on new challenges and stepping outside your comfort zone

• First experience in participating in or leading (sub-)projects and using project management tools and methodologies

• Fluent in both German and English with an open-minded attitude
