Als Performance Marketing Manager sind Sie verantwortlich fr die strategische Entwicklung das operative Management und die datengesttzte Optimierung von Performance-Marketing-Kampagnen ber alle relevanten Kanle mit Fokus auf Lead-Generierung. Ihre Rolle ist ein integraler Bestandteil unserer Marketingziele und Sie nutzen Ihre Expertise um hochkonvertierende Strategien und effektives Budgetmanagement zu entwickeln um den ROI zu maximieren. Darber hinaus bringen Sie sich flexibel in weitere Marketingprojekte ein von der Untersttzung bei Events ber Content-Erstellung bis hin zur Mitwirkung an strategischen Kampagnen.
Was Sie tun werden:
Strategieentwicklung Management und Umsetzung von kanalbergreifenden Marketingstrategien inklusive Performance-Marketing-Kampagnen mit Fokus auf Leadgenerierung.
Planung Testen und Erschlieen neuer Performance-Marketing-Kanle.
Erstellung Implementierung und berwachung von SEA- Paid-Social- Display-Advertising- und Retargeting-Kampagnen.
Planung Steuerung und Optimierung des Budgets zur Maximierung des ROI.
Bewertung und Analyse von Marketingmanahmen Erstellung von Berichten und Ableitung von Manahmenplnen.
Was Sie mitbringen mssen:
Bachelor-Abschluss in Betriebswirtschaftslehre Medienmanagement Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine gleichwertige Ausbildung.
Jahrelange Erfahrung im Bereich Marketing mit mindestens 5 Jahren Erfahrung im Performance-Marketing mit Schwerpunkt SEA Display und/oder Paid Social sowie in der Entwicklung von hochkonvertierenden Landingpages.
Ausgeprgte analytische Fhigkeiten und die Fhigkeit Daten zu interpretieren und handlungsorientierte Empfehlungen abzuleiten.
Kenntnisse in den Bereichen KI Webtechnologien Tracking Retargeting Bid-Management und AB-Testing.
Vertrautheit mit gngigen Marketing-Tools wie Google Ads
Google Analytics und Salesforce.
Flieende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
Was von Vorteil wre:
Erfahrung im E-Commerce-Bereich.
Nachweisbare Erfolge in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung erfolgreicher Marketingstrategien die Kundenbindung und Umsatzwachstum frdern.
