Were looking for aData Insights and Advisory Leadto join ourBusiness Bankingteam and drive data excellence across our lending and deposit portfolios.
As a leader in data and insights youll shape and execute strategies to leverage data reporting and analysis to fuel growth enhance decision-making and drive business performance. Youll collaborate across business units to improve data governance & quality undertake analytics and utilise innovative sources and tools to empower business leaders with actionable insights and future-ready solutions.

What youll do
- Design and deliver a data strategy aligned with Business Banking objectives
- Provide insights and reporting to support business growth and performance optimisation
- Lead ad hoc analysis activities to support strategic initiatives including development of new products channels and segments
- Champion data-driven decision-making across cross-functional teams
- Lead data governance quality and stewardship initiatives
- Support change initiatives with data analysis and impact assessments
- Mentor and uplift data capability across the organisation
What were looking for
- Proven experience in data strategy governance and analytics within financial services
- Strong consulting background with a commercial mindset
- Ability to translate complex data into clear actionable insights and passion for storytelling through data
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration
- Comfortable in agile environments with competing priorities
- Passionate about mentoring and building data capability
