Job Description

This position will be a hands-on management role with some coding but not extensive. In this position it will be essential that the individual can manage a team of software engineers at all levels. Will need to have prior experience in measuring KPIs and Metrics with proven results. This position will need to heavily influence and steer the companys direction into the future.
Do you have experience in Hosting (AWS) mobile development and launching new products to market

Qualifications and Skills:
5 years managing software engineers with proven results
5 years utilizing KPIs and metrics to grow teams to reach their potential
Demonstrated ability to stay contemporary with the rapid pace of technology advancement.
Deep understanding and experience with all aspects of the software development life cycle from design and development through release and support
Ability to take ownership and accountability and escalate issues to the next level if necessary.
Desire to constantly improve and become better and pushes the team to do the same
Willingness to learn and continue to contribute to the team.
