Credit and Collections Specialist

Job Description

As a Credit and Collections Specialist you will lead the management and optimization of credit and collections processes to ensure financial stability and client satisfaction.

Your role involves strategic oversight process improvements and effective risk management to achieve optimal financial performance and customer satisfaction.

Your Role:

  • Credit Analysis and Recommendation: Conduct detailed evaluations of credit applications to guide decision-making with precise financial insights.

  • Leadership and Compliance: Direct and support team members in executing tasks according to established procedures ensuring high standards and adherence to compliance.

  • Account Portfolio Oversight: Manage an extensive and varied account portfolio delivering customized solutions and fostering strong customer relationships.

  • Collections Strategy: Engage with clients to resolve outstanding balances maintain follow-up on commitments and coordinate with third-party collectors when necessary.

  • Efficient Process Enhancement: Spearhead improvements in accounts receivable processes to enhance efficiency and guarantee high-quality master data.

  • Risk Assessment and Management: Evaluate customer creditworthiness and administer credit policies employing risk mitigation strategies and ensuring effective resolution of blocked sales orders and disputes.

Youre the Right Fit If You:

  • Hold a Bachelors Degree/ Vocational Education in Finance Accounting Business Administration Economics Data Analysis or equivalent.

  • Has 3-5 years of experience in Credit Risk Management Financial Analysis Accounts Receivable Management Contract Management Collections or equivalent.

  • Excel in continuous improvement data analysis and interpretation financial acumen and regulatory compliance.

  • Demonstrate a keen eye for detail a proactive approach to managing financial tasks and the ability to adapt strategies for improving processes and optimizing outcomes.

  • Youre fluent in both English and local language (Swedish and/or Danish)
